BY MASHA has a 14 day Warranty policy on items excluding earring accessories or final sale items.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

BY MASHA has a no refund policy unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to the information below on Faulty items.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order once it is received and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue by issuing you a full refund , replacement or store credit.

This must be done within 7 days. 

Item must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging.

RETURN COSTS

When placing an order with By MASHA, you accept all freight charges and associated return costs if your parcel is returned to our Australian warehouse. This includes if delivery is denied due to any local customs charges or are unable to receive the delivery.
